Our subconscious mind stores and suppresses feelings and emotions that affects our mental stability and overall health. By practicing Conscious Breathing, we become aware of what arises in a more affluent manner, creating healthier neural networks in the brain and releasing us from old stagnated patterns that have been holding us back from reaching our true potential.
Our aim is to improve our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing as when we breathe consciously with a purpose, our true essence begins to reveal itself, releasing, relaxing and relearning as we become our greatest teacher. Consider this a safe space for you to release, relax and leg go and let your breathe take you on a journey. Depending on the dynamics of each group, there will be a short synchronization before we open up for Q & A’s
This is the purpose of our online Breathwork sessions, each breathing experience may be different, however bringing on profound shifts on a deeper level and by breathing together, this enhances the intensity, creating positive vibrations and a community
Additional one on one support is offered to go deeper in your process for healing and overcoming stress, addictions and trauma.
Your breath can be the most powerful and simplest tool for self-liberation and healing – you already have a lifetime of practice, lets use is to our advantage now.
You will be taken on an inner journey, one that only you can advocate and experience. This journey will create lessons, understandings, forgiveness and healing in whichever shape or form that is right for you at this stage of your life.

You may be a frequent breather or just an explorer, either way, the more you breathe, the more clarity is created. Some explain it as a magical experience, your inner therapist is ignited, others as a personal secretary, whichever title you use, the aim is for your own exploration and transformation.
More magic is experienced when we join forces and breathe as a community, inviting our positive intentions and openness to dive deep into the unknown, as this is where the healing begins.
The online Breathwork sessions will last approximately 2 hours. There will be a 15 minute introduction, followed by your Breathwork journey, thereafter a gentle integration and concluding with Q & A’s.
Once you have completed registration, the zoom link will be sent to you. It is advised to upload the zoom software prior to the session to avoid any last minute stress and potential late comings. Please aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to the set starting time so that we begin on time so we honor those who joined on time.
It is important to maintain a regular breathing practice, at this point online sessions will be offered once a week with the aim to increase the frequency within the week.
CHECKS PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING
Please be aware that it is normal to experience physiological changes within the body through breathwork and could also experience intense physical and emotional release during the sessions.
It is important to take precautionary measures and understand your medical background, if you are not sure, please consult your medical doctor prior to participating. Therefore for your own safety, please do not participate any online breathwork session if you have any of following known conditions within the breathwork session. Such cases are handled in person with your breathwork facilitator after a confirmation has been given by your medical doctor.
Medical Precheck
1. Prior strokes or seizures
2. Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including prior heart attack
3. Epilepsy
4. Detached Retina
5. Glaucoma
6. On any prescribed blood thinning medications
7. Osteoporosis that has limited your movement.
8. High Blood Pressure that is not controlled with medication.
9. If you or anyone in your immediate family have had an aneurysm
10. On any prescribed blood thinning medications
11. Pregnant
12. Asthma (You may participate, however have your inhaler with you)
Psychiatric Precheck
1. Pre diagnosed by a health professional of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
2. Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis
3. If you have been diagnosed with PTSD and still have strong symptoms, you are required to get your therapist’s approval to participate before you register
4. Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.

Confidentiality is important in these sessions so that all participants feel safe to share their experiences and be fully self-expressed during their breathing sessions. In order to be allowed to participate in any of these breathwork sessions, you must agree to not discuss any other participant’s experience or anything that another person shares in a way, in addition out of respect for the facilitator and those attending the session, please refrain from any audio or video recordings during any portion of the session.
